Eid Special Gola Kabab Recipe

Eid Ul Azha is coming and everyone planning to make different dishes on this Eid. That why I’m here with gola kabab recipe. Gola kabab is the king of BBQ. Even in parties and wedding ceremonies, this has an important place. You can eat gola kabab with parathas or can serve with chutney.

This is so easy recipe. This needs very little time in making and have a delicious taste. I’m also making chutney for gola kabab.


  • ½  kg ground lamb/beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ Tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ nutmeg powder
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 ½ Tsp Garam masala
  • 4 tsp roasted chick peas powder
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 egg

For chutney

  • 1 onion
  • 6 dried red chillies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste


  1. In a chopper add beef, onion, salt, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, roasted chickpeas powder, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste and egg and finely mix them.
  2. Now oil your hands and make bake a ball 
  3. Put your gola kabab’s into the steamer on low flame for about 20 minutes
  4. Now the time comes to fry gola kababs. In a pan add oil and let your gola kabab brown from all sides on low flame.
  5. Dish them out
  6. For chutney: over a low flame, in a pan add onion, chillies, and garlic and sauté them. Set aside and let the cool
  7. Now add this is a chopper along with the paste of tamarind and salt blend them, but not too much
  8. Serve your gola kababs with this chutney and salad and enjoy….!
