Fluffy Omelette French Specialty

The cooking omelette is not an easy task for a chef, but trust me this gonna be so easy that you can make it at home.
Most of the people eat an omelette at breakfast. But French fluffy omelette holds a special place that overwhelmed you. There are various types of omelette and a good source of protein. But there is good news for you guys that you can now make scrumptious, fluffy French omelette at home.

First thing eggs should be fresh and chill. For making fluffy eggs you have to make the eggs smooth and mousse like. This is the basic technique of making French omelette.

This is the basic recipe of a fluffy omelette. But you can make it with vegetables, chicken, cheese or can serve with your favourite servings. Like avocado salad, salsa, sour cream etc.
INGREDIENTS FO FLUFFY OMELETTE
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chives for topping
- First, whisk the eggs and make it smooth mousse like and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a pan swirl, the butter and pour the eggs in a non-stick pan and let it cook on a low flame about 10 to 15 minutes.
- When you find that the eggs are settled, then with the help of a fork, from one side, upward the eggs and add some butter and cook it for about 30 seconds.
- Now top the eggs with chives spray and transfer it to a plate folding inward and let the eggs oozing in the plate. Enjoy…!
