If you don’t drink green tea, you should start from today after reading my blog. As you all know It is the most natural and oldest drink in the entire world. Let me tell you one thing you should drink more cups of green tea than you think. Make sure you drink organic tea instead of tea bags.

There are lots of health benefits of green tea. It reduces the risk of certain type of cancer e.g. colon cancer, cervical cancer etc. The flavour of green tea is little mild and delicious.

One study shows that It helps to reduce cholesterol, bad cholesterol, and an overall ratio of cholesterol.

This helps in your diet. It helps in burning fat and calories, and other most important use of green tea is that is used in most of the skin beauty products and even deodorants.

It has many benefits so one should drink at least one cup in a day. Many studies show that drinking green tea 1-3 cup daily helps you to live a healthy life.  This is rich with antioxidant that helps to boost our health.

Many researchers researched that It helps to reduce weight. Drinking organic green tea help to boost your metabolism and which lead you to burn fat.


  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp green tea leaves
  • 1 clove
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • Few crushed almond
  • Rose petals for garnishing


  • Put water in saucepan and bring boil to it
  • Add all ingredients in it
  • Simmer it for about 3-4 minutes then add green tea leaves
  • After it brings yellow colour remove it from flame
  • Pour hot green tea in a cup and garnish with almond and rose petals…. and enjoy….!
