Singaporean Rice

Today I’m going to share my favourite recipe with you guys. Actually, I’m very foodie and love to try different food from different countries. Today I choose to write a recipe that is Singaporean rice actually Singaporean cuisine is a mixture of different ethnic food groups like Malays, Chinese, Indian and much more.

So this exotic rice made up of layers rice, spaghetti, chicken cooked with veggies, mayonnaise sauce and topped off with garlic and green chillies fried in butter. Not only does the dish appeal to the eyes, the aroma that wafts from the dish once it’s prepared is irresistible.

I adjust this recipe according to my taste because I like more spoons of spices in my recipe you can adjust it accordingly. To prepare this recipe you have to stay in the kitchen for a long time because it has many steps to follow but at the end, the result will be splendid and you come up with the scrumptious dish. And trust me once you have tried this recipe this will be sure with be the part of your every party and get to gather.

So the recipe of Singaporean rice is just there.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN GRAVY

  • Boneless Chicken ½ kg
  • Soya sauce 1 Tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ Tsp
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Red chilli powder ½ Tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tbs
  • Hot sauce 1 tsp
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Water 2-3 tbsp

STIR FRIED VEGETABLES AND NOODLES

  • Boiled noodles 200 gms
    • Oil 1 tbs
    • Capsicum 1 medium
    • chopped spring onion 4 tbs
    • Cabbage 1 cup
    • Carrots ½ cup
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper to taste
    • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
    • Sesame oil ¼ Tsp
    • Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Mayo chilli sauce

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 pinch

RICE

  • Rice 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

INSTRUCTIONS

For chicken gravy, add oil in a pan and add chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry until chicken changes its colour. After it adds soya sauce, salt, red chilli, vinegar, black pepper, hot sauce, ketchup and a little water and cook for 3-4 minutes more and dish them out.
In the same pan, add oil and all vegetables add soya sauce, black pepper, salt, red chilli and stir-fry for 1 to 2-minute sauce it gets fry add boiled noodles and mix them well then Add sesame oil and spring onions. Fry them well and get a dish out in a bowl and set aside.
Mix all Mayo sauce ingredients and pour into a sauce bottle.
Cook 2 cups of rice with 1 Tsp of salt and set aside.
Fry garlic slices and green chilli slices and set aside.

FOR ASSEMBLING

In a serving dish, diffuse a layer of rice and second layer of stir fried vegetables with noodles, then the third layer of chicken gravy. Add mayo sauce and fried garlic and green chillies as the top layer.
