Vegetables stuffed Chicken Breast



A couple of days ago I invited my friends for dinner at my home. I love parties and most important food that I make. So that is the best way to share your recipes with your friends and let them taste your food and share their opinions.

I made vegetables stuffed chicken breast which was popular at my party. Everyone loved this. It was crunchy outside and tender inside. So I think why not share this with you guys.

This is so simple and easy to make and you can add your favourite vegetables as well. As I always said you are not bound to follow as it is my recipes, but you can add your favourite stuffed and flavours, the choice is always yours. I only share my basic recipe with you.

When people listen about stuffing they thought that is going to be difficult and messy but trust me it’s not like this. You just need to chop vegetables and heat your oven and filled the chicken breast with vegetables, coating with eggs and crumbs and bake them simple.

Ingredients
  1. • 4 chicken breasts
  2. • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  3. • ½ cup onion
  4. • ½ cup carrots
  5. • 2 minced garlic
  6. • ½ cup of leeks
  7. • I cube of chicken stock
  8. • 2 eggs
  9. • Salt and pepper to taste
  10. • ½ cup cheese
Instructions
  1. 1) In a large bowl add salt and pepper and chicken stock cube, be careful while adding salt because we are using chicken cube as well and I has little bit salt too so be careful.
  2. 2) Add vegetables and eggs, combine all the ingredients together. Mix well and add half of bread crumbs in it.
  3. 3) After giving them good mix add half of cheese and other half is for topping.
  4. 4) Take the chicken, with a sharp knife cut it from the middle and cover it with cling film, with the help of rolling pin roll the chicken breast or pond it with meat hammer
  5. 5) Now put the filling into the middle of chicken breast and roll it like you can see in the video
  6. 6) And place them in a baking tray. Now in a bowl combine bread crumbs, mayo and cheese together. Top the chicken with this.
  7. 7) Bake them at 180 degree Celsius for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8) Serve them immediately and enjoy…!
